Spray polyester filler creates a perfectly smooth surface, even on large vertical pannels.Ideal for for filling scratches left from application of polyester putties. Requires addition of thinner.

Pressure: As recommended by the equipment manufacturer, usually 2,0÷2,5 bar.
Coating thickness
Do not exceed thickness of 200µm for each wet layer.
Do not exceed tota thickness of 600 µm.
Between layers: about 5 minutes
Before baking: about 10 minutes
Flash off time dependes on the temperature and layer thickness.
2-3 hours in 20°C.
25-30 minutes in 60°C.
Temperatures below 20°C significantly increase the drying time.
Final sanding (dry): P180÷P320.
5÷7 min. under short waves, depeding on the total layer thickeness and type of radiator
Do not exceed maximum temperature of 60°C.
Use accordin to the instrusctions of the radiator’s manufacturer.
Wait about 5 min. before starting IR drying.
