High quality 2K acrylic primer with anti-corrosion additives. It is a perfect isolating primer for car repairs. Perfetly protects sanded bare steel and isolates difficult surfaces and putties from topcoats, preventing mapping effects. Ideal spreading and fast drying time allows primer to be applied wet on wet. Does not require sanding.

Primer: 3
Hardener: 1
Thinner:
Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
17÷19 seconds at 20°C thinner 35%
about 30 seconds at 20°C thinner 20%

For wet on wet: 1,5 layers; about 30µm of dry layer.
For sanding: 1÷2 layers; about 50µm of dry layer.
RP gun parameters:
RP Nozzle: 1.2÷1.6 mm; Pressure of input: 2.0÷2.2 bars.
HVLP Nozzle 1.3÷1.5 mm; Inlet pressure: 2.0 bars
Between layers: about 5÷10 minutes
before applying solvent base system: approx. 20 minutes
before applying water base system: approx. 30 minutes
Flash off time depends on the temperature and the number of layers
Temperature below 20°C significantly increases the hardening time.
Isolation primer /30-50 µm/ : 5÷7 minutes under short waves.
Primer for sending /50÷100 µm/: 8÷10 minutes under short waves.
Do not exceed 60°C. Use as recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Wait about 10 minutes before starting IR drying.
