Description

High-quality polyester putty with an extended pot life of up to 30 minutes. Dedicated for large surfaces and working conditions in high temperatures. Ideal for railway wagons, buses, containers etc. The texture of the putty was designed to be easily applied and stay in place even after a thick layer application. Moreover, after hardening, the product has the right flexibility and is easy to work with. The putty has very good adhesion to various surfaces.

  • Use

    Soft sanding polyester putty for large surfaces.

    Putty : 100
    Hardener : 2

    Stir thoroughly until achieving homogenous paste. Be careful not to create air inclusions.

  • Layer thickness

    It is recommended to apply in several thin (maximum 2 mm) layers. The next layer should be applied after the
    previous one has gelled. Do not exceed the total thickness of the layers 5 mm

    Pot life: 15÷25 minutes at 20°C.

    2÷3 hours at 20°C

    Temperature below 20°C significantly increases the hardening time.

    Polyester putties can be over coated with:

    • 2K polyester putties.
    • 2K polyester spray putties.
    • 2K acrylic primers.
    • 2K epoxy primers.

  • General notes
    • Excessive amount of hardener will cause problems with bleaching of the topcoat!
    • Use the efficient personal protection equipment during the 2K products application. Protect
    • the eyes and the respiratory system
    • The rooms should be well ventilated.
    • Tools should be washed directly after application.

    Caution: To maintain safety, always follow the instructions given in the MSDS for the products.
