Description

i11 is a polishing compound designed for polyester (PE), polyurethane (PU), acrylic, and water-based paints. Simple and easy to use. It ensures an ideal Surface without hidden defects and artificial glossing. It allows for the quick removal of sanding marks.Thanks to high-quality polishing minerals, it enables a good gloss in a short time without excessive heating of the surface. It does not contain wax fillers or silicones.

  • Use
    • Remove surface defects with P800 to P1000 sanding paper (depending on the surface hardness). For hard gelcoats and dark colors it’s recommended to use P1200 to P2000 grit sanding paper. The basic rule is to make the finishing with the highest grit of sanding paper, so the polishing process will be shortened to maximum wthi very good quality of surface.
    • Wash the surface to be treated.
    • Polish using rotary polishing machine with adjustable speed.
    • Apply polishing compound on the surface or polishing pad (polishing wool or hard polishing foam).
    • Spread compound on the surface with min. RPM (800 – 1000 RPM).
    • Polish until colour and consistency of compound will be changed.
    • Slowly increase the speed to max. 1600 RPM and polish the surface with light pressure.
    • Polish until remove the scratches and getting perfect shine.
    • Remove the compound residue with clean microfiber cloth.
