Beschreibung

Das Produkt auf Kunstharzbasis schützt die Karosserie vor schädlichen Wirkungen von Benzin, Öl, Wasser und Streusalz. Bildet eine elastische starke Schicht, die gegen Steinschläge resistent ist. Schalldämmend. Bietet eine sehr gute Haftung und schafft eine sichtbare Struktur. Es enthält keine Asphalte und Bitumen. UBS kann mit Lacken aller Art bedeckt werden.

Untergrund

Das Produkt weist sehr gute Haftung auf verschiedenen Oberflächen auf. Es kann angewendet werden:

  • auf Polyesterlaminate
  • auf Polyesterspachtel
  • auf Epoxid-Grundierungen
  • auf 2-Komponenten-Acrylgrundierungen
  • auf Stahl
  • auf Edelstahl
  • auf verzinktem Stahl
  • auf Aluminium
  • auf reaktiven Grundierungen (Wash Primer)
  • auf Kunststoffe.

Bei den Kunststoffen wird es empfohlen, vor der Lackierarbeit, ein Element in Temperatur von 50oC aufwärmen, um Silikon leicht von der Oberfläche zu entfernen. Eine gute Untergrundvorbereitung ist notwendig, um die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse zu erreichen.

Anwendungsprozess

  • Informacja
  • Surface preparation
    • Polyester laminates: should be degreased, dry sanded (P80-P120) and degreased again.
    • Polyester putties: should be dry sanded (P120).
    • Primers: should be degreased, dry sanded (P220-P280) and degreased again.
    • Steel surfaces: should be degreased, dry sanded (P80-P120) and degreased again.
    • Stainless steel: should be degreased.
    • Aluminium and zinc surfaces: should be degreased, dulled with the abrasive cloth and degreased again.
    • Old coats: should be degreased, dry sanded (P220-P280) and degreased again.
    • Plastic surfaces: should be washed with detergent, dulled with abrasive cloth and degreased.

    It is recommended to bake plastic panels at 50oC which helps to remove silicone from the surface.

    Spray gun parameters:
    Nozzle 4mm; pressure 2-4 bars.

    Evaporation time depends on the temperature and the number of layers.

  • Hardening time

    Depending on the layer thickness:

    • at 20°C – 40÷60 minutes

    Temperature below 20°C significantly increases the hardening time.
