Gasifying

Cause

• Layers of material too thick
• Too a short time before drying the material
• The varnish dried too intensively (temperature too high)
• Bad viscosity of the material
• Wrong thinners and hardeners used for the material
• Wrong evaporation time between layers

Countermeasure

• Choose a correct viscosity of the material according to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
• Follow manufacturer’s recommendations of the material

Removal

• Sand and varnish again
